Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't do on Shopppio.

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes activities prohibited on the Shopppio platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited products & services

Illegal goods or services in your jurisdiction
Counterfeit or trademark-infringing items
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances
Adult content involving minors (zero tolerance)
Investment opportunities promising guaranteed returns
Multi-level-marketing programs
Cryptocurrency wallets, mining services and ICO sales
Personal data harvesting / scraping for resale

3. Restricted categories

The following require pre-approval and may also be subject to Razorpay's own restrictions: tobacco/vape, CBD, firearms accessories, age-restricted alcohol, regulated supplements, ticket resale.

4. Security violations

No probing or testing the vulnerability of any system or network; no interfering with the Service; no exceeding documented rate limits.

5. Reporting violations

Email trust@shopppio.com with details and supporting evidence.
