Terms of Service

By accessing or using Shoppio ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Plans renew automatically. Card-processing fees are charged per transaction. Refunds for unused service are pro-rated for annual plans.

You retain all rights to content you upload (products, photos, customer data). You grant Shoppio a limited license to host, process and display this content as needed to provide the Service.

The Shoppio platform, including all source code, designs and trademarks, is and remains the property of Shoppio, Inc.

Use of our APIs is subject to documented rate limits and the additional terms in our developer documentation.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum (see Legal → DPA) applies and forms part of these Terms.

We target 99.9% uptime (99.99% on Plus). Service credits are described in the SLA addendum.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend the Service for non-payment or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
