Terms of Service

By accessing or using Shopppio ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Plans are billed through Razorpay and renew automatically. Card-processing fees on your storefront are charged by Razorpay directly — Shopppio does not add a transaction fee on top.

You retain all rights to content you upload (products, photos, customer data). You grant Shopppio a limited licence to host, process and display this content as needed to provide the Service.

The Shopppio platform, including source code, designs and trademarks, is and remains the property of Shopppio.

A public API is on the roadmap. Until then, programmatic access is limited to the admin.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum (see Legal → DPA) applies and forms part of these Terms.

We target best-effort uptime during the open beta. Formal SLAs will be published when we leave beta.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend the Service for non-payment or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for merchants in India, and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shopppio is incorporated for all other merchants.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
